At QA, Megan leads the Leadership & Business and TAP portfolios, overseeing a diverse range of programmes designed to develop leadership capability, drive behavioural change, and support organisations through transformation. She works closely with clients to ensure solutions are not only innovative and relevant, but also deeply aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.
