There is a formal appeals process for learners who wish to appeal against decisions made by the end point assessment organisations. Advice on whether or not to make an appeal and if so how to construct an appeal letter, and information on the process in general can be obtained by contacting QAA.EPA@qa.com

More details can be found at:

Appeals in the first instance should be sent to the central appeals inbox at QAA.EPA@qa.com
A preliminary investigation will be carried out by QA. However, the end point assessment organisation will make the final decision on the outcome of your appeal.
